IBG-Z / Inside Bellow Gripper pulling

Advantages:

V1 - Single-acting internal gripper
V2 - Sensitive gripping
V3 - Easy integration into the gripping system
V4 - Side air connection
V5 - A through-hole allows the workpiece to be cooled, cleaned, leak tested or disinfected during the handling process.

Remark:

- Bellows material: EPDM
- Silicone material available on request
- Optional: Inquire from size IBG-28-27-D

Operating principle:
Bellows is pulled towards the body Application: in gripped condition: can be pulled onto block (stop).
See illustration above right:
1 = Normal position (vented)
2 = Working position (exhausted)

- Detailed data sheet available on request
- Operating pressure: 6 bar, use filtered and dried air
- Ambient temperature: - Gripper +5°C to +60°C - EPDM bellows -30°C to +120°C
