Feeding systems can be designed in various ways - manually as a sliding table, manually or automatically as a turntable, as a vibrating bowl with separation or vibrating bowl with Scara or articulated arm robot for providing the components in a mask or the Intelligent Feeding System IZS.

Feeding different bushings and screws
Solution:
Separation via vibrating pots - provision in mask by articulated arm robot. Large articulated robot with insertion gripper picks up the bushes and screws and inserts them into the injection mold.
