RBTX ReBeL 4 DOF & 6 DOF - Lightweights for intelligent automation

The ReBeL cobots are equipped with up to six axes, achieve payloads of up to 2 kg and offer a repeat accuracy of ± 1 mm. They are particularly compact and lightweight (approx. 8 kg net) and enable flexible working in narrow cells - ideal for modular AGS grippers with ABS gripper fingers or suction cups. Thanks to the integrated controller, WLAN/ROS connection and mobile assembly options, ReBeL robots can be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of factory environments.

robolink® DP - 4- or 5-axis robots with high precision

The robolink® DP series includes 4- and 5-axis robots with reaches of up to 790 mm. With a payload of up to 3 kg, a service life of over 1 million cycles and a repeat accuracy of ± 0.5 mm, these robots are ideal for precise parts handling. The modular design and the free igus control software make them flexibly customisable - gripping, checking or sorting with PreciGrip gripping systems is possible without any problems.

IGUS Accessories - plug-and-play for PreciGrip integration

IGUS offers suitable accessories such as bases, energy chains, covers and control kits that can be seamlessly mounted on gripper attachments such as PreciGrip adapters. These components enable fast cable management, stable attachments and compatible vacuum or compressed air connections for AGS gripper components.
